> Please, follow the IdentiCell guidelines (pdf) for sample preparation and shipment when submitting your samples to IdentiCell.
> Download, fill out and sign the IdentiCell submission form(pdf) - either electronically with Adobe Reader/Adobe Acrobat or by hand. Print a copy for your records.
> Download, fill out and sign the IdentiCell Payment Agreement form (pdf) - either electronically with Adobe Reader/Adobe Acrobat or by hand. Print a copy for your records.
> Please, mail the signed forms and your DNA samples to:
